Due to the bespoke nature of this business, and concern for hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In rare cases, an item can be exchanged due to damage during transport. In this case, please send us an email - info@theplayfulpear.com.

We also do not accept product returns that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Shipping

In the rare case that you returning an item, you will be responsible for any shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, it is advised you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
