DIY Tassels | Base Only

These handmade tassel bases are designed for you to embellish with rhinestones, glitter, flowers, sequins and anything else your imagination demands.

Choose a plain base or add tulle for an illusion finish. The tassels come attached and ready for you to decorate. If you choose an Illusion Base, it will come with a tulle fabric that exceed the perimeter of the base by approx. 1 cm.

Base only — embellishments are not included, except for the tassels, which come attached to the base.
